Project descripÂtion
This chapel is a simÂple strucÂture, built with large VicenÂza stone ashÂlars carved and joined so that they comÂpose an elonÂgatÂed and parÂtialÂly covÂered trapeÂzoid. OpenÂing at one of the ends, right by a tree, marks the entrance to the space. A ledge on the inside of the walls offers the visÂiÂtors a place to sit. The two roof slabs are placed one meter from the rear Wall to let the sunÂlight pass through. On this wall, behind the stone that can funcÂtion as an altar, a horÂiÂzonÂtal line cuts the verÂtiÂcal joint of the stones, carvÂing out a cross on the wall.
